The solution includes the ability to create and manage events (including training sessions/days, and multi-session, multi-day conferences), booker and delegate management, sponsor/exhibitor/speaker management, venue management, payment management- both from a back office (CRM) and from a customer internet (web portal) perspective.

Silverbear Membership lets you manage complex multi-day, multi-stream events, with optional add-ons such as dinners, social events and separately bookable sessions with ease.

Event Planning

Everything you need to plan a successful event, including communications, marketing, budgeting, resources and venue management, all supported with a customised dashboard and relevant reports.

Event Marketing

Take advantage of the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to market your events and conferences. Manage marketing lists, book accommodation and tables for dinners and pull together reports for attendance, badges and budget management.

Delegates

Improve your communication with delegates with Silverbear Membership. Booking confirmations, joining instructions and attendance reminders can all be automatically sent out. Attendance records can also be fed back into CPD/course records.

Exhibitors and Sponsors

Create and manage individual exhibitors for each event with invoicing and payments are managed though the finance features. Exhibitors and sponsors can manage their own booking via the self-service website.

Speakers

Create and manage speaker profiles and assign these to individual events. Enable self-service submission of abstracts and profiles for event micro-sites. Frequently used speakers can be saved and reused.

Post Event

Create post event attendance marketing lists and assign to a post-event campaign for follow up surveys and other follow ups. Automatically post attendance details to CPD/course records and communicate future events to attendees.
