Highlighted case study: The Institute of Directors (IoD)
The Institute of Directors (IoD) solution, live from 27 July 2016, replaces its legacy Integra solution and six wider business applications, and allows the IoD to manage all aspects of its 35,000 members from within one simplified and intuitive CRM solution.
The project also involved the consolidation of many disparate websites into an integrated, single instance of www.iod.com based on DNN Evoq Engage. Silverbear, in partnership with Cantarus, delivers to the IoD an enhanced end-to-end digital experience to all members and an extensive suite of member self-service capabilities.
