We believe that great membership organisations have great relationships with their members – they are just closer. So, whilst we might be a CRM solution provider we have a clear purpose “to get you closer to your members”.

Firstly, our solution is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This allows our clients to enjoy an open, secure, familiar & scalable IT platform that can integrate into pretty much all areas of a business operation; now and in the future.

Secondly, our solution facilitates greater membership interaction, which leads to greater membership insight. Whilst this might not sound amazing, the results are. Our solution ensures our clients build better relationships with their members and communities to secure higher levels of renewal and recruitment all in an environment that is operationally efficient. Silverbear first opened its doors in 2000 as a CRM system integration and development house. During our formative years we quickly gained a reputation for working with large not for profit organisations and helping them to solve their specific membership relationship challenges.

Silverbear is now a thriving, award winning solution provider who are 100% focused on meeting the challenges of the membership and trade association industries.
