Absolutely fundamental to the success of any project is not so much user adoption, as user engagement; both initially and long-term. Training is therefore vital to ensure that users understand the alignment between the solution, their role and the overall business change. Training needs to put the “why” in context at a company/organisation level and for the individual.

Silverbear have developed a modular training program that can be easily tailored to each customer’s requirements and further tailored to user roles. Silverbear will undertake a training assessment to identify the training needs and tailor a training plan.

Ensuring that all users are trained at go live is obviously vital, but on-going training is just as important. So, keeping the alignment between the organisation’s objectives, the system and the job roles is key to the long-term success of a project and it delivering its objectives and ROI.

Silverbear will work with customers to ensure that the business, the solution and the users’ competency stays in alignment – all of these elements change and any misalignment occurs the effectiveness of the system and its use can have a significantimpact on its ability to deliver the defined benefits.

On-going training is required to support this on-going system and business change. This can either be achieved by developing in-house training, or Silverbear can undertake regular training requirement assessments.
