Our approach to management will be using established processes adopted from PRINCE2 methodology. Risk : Identifying and managing risk is vital to a projects success. At the outset of the project a Risk Register will be established. This will identify all actual and potential risks to the project. Project scope/requirements Change : All projects usually face scope or requirements change and this will be driven from many sources both internally and externally. We will put in place a mechanism for reviewing requirements and scope and managing the change which may occur. This process will recognise that change should be controlled but also take account that the project should not be unnecessarily delayed. Stakeholders will be fully integrated to this process but safeguards will be built in to ensure that decisions are made speedily.
Project ControlThe principle controls will focus on the essentials of time, cost and quality.Dispute resolutionDisputes will often happen within the project and it is a measure of the project team's success if these can be avoided or speedily resolved.QualityQuality of both the end solution and the service delivery will be continually monitored via testing, and monitoring of KPI's. Performance specifications and requirements will be regularly reviewed to ensure compliance. The project will be subject to the quality review mechanism.
