The integration solution we are proposing provides low-impact integration with the CRM system acting as the data hub. All the other applications and the website(s) are integrated to the CRM as spokes. A key component of Silverbear's integration solution is Reconciliation and Verification. This web based application provides a number of functions that allow for the management of data quality across all integrated applications by implementing business rules around the data dependent on where the customer event is originated and which system the data needs to be integrated with.
