CUSTOMER DATA MANAGEMENT | Commercial
- Cleanse: Check for data anomalies (miss-typing, incomplete email addresses, phone numbers, etc). Where possible, data is corrected, otherwise it is marked as suspect
- Address: checking to ensure validity against PAF, cleansing and format consistency. Errors are marked as suspect.
- Match & De-Dupe: Undertake data de-duplication, merging and cleansing. This is valuable for a single data set with questionable quality, and is a vital for merging data sets from two or more sources to form a master set.
- Reach-out data cleansing; contacting customers via telephone or email to perform data cleansing.
