Every Silverbear customer is allocated an account manager who is responsible for maintaining an on-going dialogue with the customer throughout all stages of the implementation process and then onwards through solution usage. The allocated account manager will work with a number of customers and will therefore be able to broker best practise across individual customers to ensure that a customers solution and the associated business practises are as optimised as possible.
